Welcome to the Collins Hill Middle School Swim Team!

Registration Steps and Payment:

Step 1) Aquatic Center Fees - $121:

• Sign Concussion Forms & Pool Waivers
• Pay $121 to Gwinnett Park & Rec at the Front Desk of the Collins Hill Aquatic Center by 9/29/25.
• If swimmer is practicing with another facility then proof must be shown/emailed to the club admins.
• This fee is non-refundable.

Step 2) Club Fees - $100 ($125 for non-Collins Hill Cluster swimmers):

• Fill out online registration form
• Pay CHMMS Club fees via Card (preferred) or Cash/Check at in-person registration. Buyer will be responsible for card fees.
