COLLINS HILL MIDDLE SCHOOL SWIMMING

Welcome! 

We are a competitive Swim Team for 6th-8th grade students in the Collins Hill Area

  • Season runs from October - Mid-December 
  • Practices are held Mon, Wed, & Thurs from 7:30pm - 8:45pm
  • All swim meet/event dates are being finalized and will be posted soon
  • Spots on the team will go to those who live in the Collins Hill Cluster first

Important Practice/Meet Notes:

  • Swimmers MUST be picked up by 8:45pm or at the conclusion of an event/swim meet.
  • Parents are responsible for all transportation to practices and meets
  • Parents are responsible for the supervision of their child during swim meets
  • Not all meet schedules are finalized yet. Meet/Warm-Up times are subject to change.

Registration Info for Fall 2025 Season

REGISTRATION opens Tuesday, September 9th. 

 Registration closes 10/4.

  •  Must register online and pay Collins Hill Aquatic Center fees in person before first practice.

2 Steps to Register:

1. Go to front desk of the Aquatic Center to pay Pool Use Fee

2. Complete registration on team website and pay Club Fees.

Registration COSTS: There will be 2 separate FEES required:

  • POOL FEE = $121 payable to Gwinnett County Parks at front desk
    • (credit card or cash accepted at front desk)
  • CLUB FEE = $100 for Collins Hill Cluster Students or $125 for Non-Collins Hill Cluster
    • payable to CHMS-SDBC *cash or checks accepted or pay online (there will be an online fee).

Payment Notes:

  • Cost INCLUDES meet entry fees, a team t-shirt & swim cap for each swimmer
  • USS Club swimmers (ie Swim Atlanta members) who do NOT plan to attend our practices will pay the CLUB FEE ONLY. Proof of registration is required.
  • NO REFUNDS will be given

Insurance and Waiver Requirements:

Before any athlete is permitted to participate in any practice or a team event, a parent must pay club dues and register online with ALL forms below signed:

  • insurance information 
  • liability waiver
  • contact information
  • medical consent
  • media release
  • concussion HB 284 form
  • Forms are provided at registration
