Hello Everyone,

THANK YOU for responding in a timely manner regarding attendance for this meet. Just so you know, there is a cost of $8 per swimmer entered for this meet. Please try not to miss it as it is a significant cost for our team to attend. The swimmers do enjoy getting to swim in this venue and with many of the middle school teams in our area.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: We still need a verifier and stroke & turn judge for this meet. 

• A verifier sits at the computer table and ensures the correct times are entered into the computer. (We would prefer if you  have been trained in this already but can train you, if needed.)
• Stroke & Turn judges must be specifically trained for this role.

CONCESSIONS: Will be available at this meet.

I will email out more specifics about arrival times, etc as soon as they are confirmed with the teams. The earliest possible arrival time is 6:00 pm.
