Parents, 

Several things you need to know about the meet this weekend.

1) It is an invitational.  It will be long.  We are unsure at this time if both pools will be used.  You can guarantee if not this will be at least a 4-5 hour meet.

2) Remember if you say you are going to swim and skip the meet we will be asking you to cover the meet entry fee ($15).  Entries will be going in today and Coach Campbell sent out list of events last night.  If your status changes please let us know ASAP ([email protected] or my cell for texting is 678-360-8036)

3) There is NO charge to watch the meet.

4) Heat Sheets (like we provided at time trials) will be $5

5) Warm-ups are at 10:30am.  Please have your swimmer on deck and ready to go by 10:15.

6) The concession stand will be open so bring cash.

7) You may want to consider packing a lunch for your child as the meet begins at noon. Your child CANNOT leave the meet and if they do leave before the meet is over please let one of the head coaches know.

8) We believe we have the volunteers covered through the high school parents but please consider that we may need 2 timers from the middle school team.

9) Bring your stadium seats if you have them.  There is an upper seating area but there are a lot of teams and it may get crowded.
